Engage AI is a small family business in Navan. We have launched in the AI space and are looking for niche businesses to offer services to.
We hope to get 2 salons on board for next week to test our Salon receptionist. This will be free for 2 months with absolutely no obligation to buy. We will carry the cost of customisation, AI fees so there is no hidden costs. This is absolutely free.
This is what we think will be useful for you but we need your input to help us develop: Call comes in from a client:
Client is greeted by the voice of your current receptionist and asks what stylist are you looking to book with. The call is transferred to the stylist.
The voice of your stylist greets your client and asks what service they are looking for and when they would like it done. The AI now checks the stylists calendar and advises the customer if the slot is available. If it is not available the booking agent will suggest an alternative.
The client books the slot and it is reserved in the stylists calendar.
Features which we think you might like to be added but need your input:
The booking agent will call the client 2 days in advance to make sure the client will attend.
The client can ask for the price which the AI agent will give them.
The booking agent will work on whatsapp aswell as by phone
I know its hard to visualise and that is why I need a real salon to help me develop the flow.
